BREAST AUGMENTATION:

Description: This surgery is perhaps most visible during summer and beach season. It consists of the introduction of mammary prosthesis, whether of silicone gel or of saline solution, through the areola of the nipple (own technique). The location is below the mammary gland, which allows the patient to breastfeed, without causing any problems to her child. These implants also have the advantage of serving as protection against an overwhelming blow on the chest by acting as a shock absorber. The prosthesis lasts a lifetime. They can only be changed if, after some time, the patient wants them bigger.

REDUCTION MAMMAPLASTY:

Description: It is the reduction of the very big mammary glands, which can cause problems to the patient’s health such as back pain and the hunchback position that it causes in adolescents. It can be done starting at 15 years of age. The procedure is with assisted sedation and the recovery time is for 4 days to resume normal activities.

AUGMENTATION MAMMAPLASTY:

Description: This is a simple surgery that consists of pulling back excess skin from the breasts after a period of breastfeeding or significant weight loss. This is known as fallen breasts. The surgery is conducted under assisted sedation. Recuperation occurs in 2 days when patient can return to normal activity.

SUCTION LIPECTOMY & LIPOSCULPTURE:

Description: As their names indicate, these procedures involve the suction of excess fat from located areas. Very common procedure in our times and with very satisfactory results mainly during summer beach season. As far as liposculpture, it is nothing more than the relocation of fat with very thin stems. The average age to be able to have this operation is 18 years of age. It is carried out under assisted sedation but can also be done with continuous peridural anesthesia. Lymphatic drainage is recommended the 5 days after the surgery.

AUGMENTATION OF CALVES:

Description: The placement of silicone implants in the calves to increase the lower part of the legs. A very gratifying surgery and with minimal risk. It can be done with peridural anesthesia or under assisted sedation. The recovery is immediate and the implants last rest of the lifetime.

TUMORS, LUNARS, NON AESTHETIC SCARS:

Description: These kinds of minor surgeries can be carried out in the clinic and under local anesthesia. They improve nuisances and people’s looks. The recovery is immediate.

CONGENITAL DEFORMITIES OF LIP & PALATE, HANDS & FEET:

Description: We have a very long & efficient training for the correction of congenital deformities of this kind. Generally it is surgery done in a hospital or with the economic assistance of a foundation, but if one of your loved ones suffers from this problem we are willing to help you in the best way we can.
